Sinclairs is a quant shop that I have been visiting for many years . Unfortunately just lately the standard of service has been seriously let down by poor quality staff , I had a bad experience by one member of staff in particular who goes by the name of C***** .She has a very unfortunate aggressive hostile stance that really does bring the tone of the place down . The assistant manageress is also rude and disrespectful .and really should not be exposing herself to the general public Whatever happened to good customer service ? With these sorts of people the "customer is never ever right" In fact in their book the customer is to be treated with utter distain and to be constantly undermined at all times I am very happy to say I will no be going back
